Certificate registered to wrong email address

Hello,

I am needing help with a particular cert of mine that was associated to an MSP we used to use. When they registered the certificate it was associated to their email address. Which we have cut ties with this MSP and I need to get this changed. I would assume I can register this? We use a Kemp LoadMaster to offload the ssl on this site. I think what I need to do is remove the certificate and reissue it.

You shouldn't have to remove the cert to update the email address.
