This has come up a few times - the short answer is you can’t resubscribe and this is a limitation of our email provider and not something we can easily work around.
You didn’t complete the issue template asking you questions we need to know answers to in order to help you best, so it’s hard for me to concretely suggest a work around. If you’re a Certbot user I’d recommend updating your registration contact to a new email address (I believe certbot register --update-registration --email NEW_ADDRESS_HERE will do it). If you use Gmail you might be able to just append +letsencrypt or something similar to make a “new” email that still delivers to your existing email.
