Letsencrypt ssl not working, but i dont know why or how i can fix it.

The cert shown is self-signed (not from LE).
Please show:
certbot certificates
sudo apachectl -S
grep -ERi 'virtual|servername|serveralias|certificate|listen' /etc/apache2/

I see that many Let's Encrypt certificates have been issued for hosting.ddnss.de. Did you reload/restart the webserver after acquiring the certificates?
