Certificate do not auto-update - There were too many requests

Hello,
I got usual issue with autorenewal but can not find solution to solve it.

I’ve already installed certbot on Nginx (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-nginx-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-16-04#step-1-—-installing-certbot) and made a first cert. for the server. After that I made an corn.d task for autorenewal but I see it do not update existing cert.

So right now my cert. is expired, but I got many additional certs issued (https://crt.sh/?q=%.makeflowers.ru) and not able to change expired one to new one.

Sorry, it looks like I forgot to change symlink from temporary dir to renewed one
