Certificate Chain Complete?
ı got this issue this morning how can fix it
It's the default chain, I don't see an issue requiring fixing.

and also when ı entered with server name "server.comnerds.com.tr" ı am not getting ssl warning but when ı try to log in with ip address ı am getting warning
That's to be expected--the IP address isn't on the certificate (and Let's Encrypt doesn't issue certs for IP addresses).
