My domain is:
example.de

I ran this command:
certbot --authenticator webroot --installer apache

It produced this output:
dose not exist dir. or invalid dir.

My web server is (include version):
apache2
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
debian 9 Stretch

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
yeah but i just use ssh

Certbot was perfect!! What happend?? Whats that with selector and authentificator… a few mobnths ago I just ran certbot choosed my addres then easy or secure finish now its s fkn complikated. I just want to create a fuking ssl connection for my cloudserver on my linux vserver.

sorry for beeing mad… i am so fucked up… CERTBOT WAS PERFECT!!

Hi @fsdfukl,

If you upgrade to Certbot 0.21 via certbot-auto or eventually the PPA, you can still use --apache and it will still autodetect and autoconfigure your Apache.

The reason for the changes is described in

Hopefully future versions of Certbot will also give you a convenient experience.
