Certbot says my webroot is not existent

#1

My domain is: paradisev.de (currently running on a another webspace with lets encrypt enabled)

I ran this command: certbot via docker

It produced this output: /var/www/html

My web server is (include version): Apache/2.4.25

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian 9

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Selfhosted

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

My webroot is 100% /var/www/html but the Certbot says that this folder does not exist.

Hi,

Please execute the following command to verify if the webroot exist in the file system.
ll /var/www/html

P.S. do you happen to have that webroot in docker too?
Or is the docker able to access that folder / do you specify the webroot path?

P.S. we actually need more information in the error log…

Thank you
