Same issue here, something must have changed very recently.

I am no Certbot pip packaging expert but this may be better handled at the EFF's github for Certbot: GitHub · Where software is built That said, other volunteers may know more and offer assistance here. If you don't see any other suggestions here definitely try their github

It has been fixed with the libaugeas-dev package marked as required.
