Not related to your problem, but for future reference regarding your question at the end of this post below:
That's because that was a simulation - a test run. That's what you receive when using --dry-run
- a "fake" certificate just to show your configuration is okay. The fake cert does get deleted so there's nothing for you to do regarding that. Dry-run is for testing your configuration to make sure everything is okay before you make the attempt the REAL certificate.
