Cerficate is running of possible emails

My domain is: almetzger.de

I ran this command: Synology certificate tool

It produced this output: no access to let's Encrypt...

My web server is (include version): almetzger.de

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: selfhost

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Synology DSM 6.x

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):
I wanna certificate almetzger.de to let's Encrypt.
Port 80 and 443 both at the router and synology are open. But could not get an new cerficate.
Is there a possiblitys to reset may exceeded emails refered to almetzger.de.

From my IP, it seems that both ports are closed/unreachable:
