Can't get a certificate. Think it's my fault

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: intraserve.com

I ran this command: automatically through ispconfig

It produced this output: no certificate

My web server is (include version):apache2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):debian10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Vultr

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): ISPConfig

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):acme.sh v2.8.8

I had an issue over the past couple days where the new server with HestiaCP had an error with Cron. I should have caught it but didn't. Iv'e switch to ISPconfig today but can't seem to get a certificate. I've checked crt.sh and I don't think I've gone over. Can you help. If I've gone over my quota, when can I try again?

Hello @baxterdmutt,

Regarding ISPConfig I doubt I can help because I've never used it so I have no idea how this panel manages certificates.

No, you haven't reached any rate limits... yet... but you should be careful. Maybe you should use staging instead of production while you are testing your new control panel.

Without a proper error message or log file, it's really hard to tell what could be the issue here.

Yea, You are correct and I can't find the log!
