Cannot RENEW SSL cert!

My domain is: navi2success-school.com

I ran this command: ee site update navi2success-school.com --letsencrypt=renew

It produced this output:
ERROR : Cannot RENEW SSL cert !
Your current cert will expire within 19 days.
Check logs for reason tail /var/log/ee/ee.log & Try Again!!!

My web server is (include version): nginx/1.10.0

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: linode

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The error message in ee.log is: The server experienced an internal error :: Error creating new authz

Hello @hungpowang,

There is an active incident so your issue could be related to. You should try to renew your cert once the incdent is resolved.

You can check the status of Let’s Encrypt here https://letsencrypt.status.io/

Right now this is the status:
