Cannot renew existing SSL

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: guillotine-england.co.uk

I ran this command: I want to renew an existing Lets Encrypt SSL on this domain. It expired two days ago.

It produced this output: Error: Could not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for guillotine-england.co.uk.

The authorization token is not available at http://guillotine-england.co.uk/.well-known/acme-challenge/UpHVNE7oVQ0qGCNBdV35oSW05Obxj_iQYXmdymQp7iw.
To resolve the issue, make it is possible to download the token file via the above URL.

My web server is (include version): A Heart VPS

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Heart VPS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): No its an VPS so Heart don’t allow

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Plesk

Hi,

VPS should allow you to connect to ssh… (shell)

However, if you don’t have access to the shell and you wish to automatically renew using plesk, contact your service provider… And try to resolve this…

Also, this might be the issue with WordPress… (But it’s unlikely since it’s not about universal redirection…)

P.S. you are actually using siteground… as what I believed from IP reverse.

Thank you
