Hi, I'm reading that it's not possible to remove or clear out certificates with LetsEncrypt-Win-Simple on Windows:
You can't revoke or remove certificates and there's no way to clear out certificates on the remote servers. While testing I ended up hitting a limit of certificates registered on one of my sites and then couldn't go further with that site as I can't remove/revoke any of the certs.
I have a Windows server setup and want to try Letsencrypt on it. My question is, what if in the future, I am not satisfied with Letencrypt and I want to switch back to a commercial certificate. Even though I have a Letsencrypt certificate installed on my server, because I can't remove the Letsencrypt certificate (as per the quote above), can I install a commercial certificate to override the Letsencrypt certificate?
The client may not be able to remove them from the store for you but you do ultimately have control of what certificates are in the store and which aren't

absolutely - read the guides above
PluralSight has a great course on how to manage Windows IIS certificates I would recommend you review
Certificate removal is not required to use another certificate. You can select the desired certificate in the bindings of the site in the IIS console.
