Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Yes
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):
Is there a reason you think this has anything at all to do with Let's Encrypt? Because this sounds like something you should ask QNAP's support channels, whatever those are.
It might be coincidence but the problem with Port 80 started after I had to renew Lert’s encrypt and when I tried to rest the port in QNAP’s Control panel it just reported other services were using Port 80.
I have lodged a support request with QNAP, they are not particularly helpful and appear to no be very interested in this problem.
If they sniff that another device may be causing the issue they just seem to want to escape and not help.
Others in QNAP’s forums suggested there might be a conflict generated with Let’ Encrypt by its use of Port 80?

You say "renew" but I don't see any recent history of a cert for the domain in post #1
The most recent cert was issued by ZeroSSL in 2021 (and some by Let's Encrypt before that)
I am not familiar with QNAP's method for getting a cert. But, if they use a method for an HTTP Challenge port 80 must be open for the challenge to succeed. As my fellow volunteers have said this is really a question for QNAP to describe how to configure their device.
