Can not renew certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.swakop.com

I ran this command: used Request/renew certificate via certify the web app

It produced this output:
2024-01-22 18:53:13.924 +02:00 [INF] ---- Beginning Request [swakop.com] ----
2024-01-22 18:53:13.983 +02:00 [INF] Certify/6.0.13.0 (Windows; Microsoft Windows NT 6.3.9600.0)

followed by all the domains on the certificate

My web server is (include version): windows server 2012 r2

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): windows server 2012 r2

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): Certify/6.0.13.0 (Windows; Microsoft Windows NT 6.3.9600.0)

Note that I have zero Windows knowledge, but the above error suggests a problem with DNS in general. It seems your software isn't able to resolve DNS names to IP addresses and that's probably larger than just this issue.

Please check and fix your networking and try again.
