Can I renew a certificate if one of the domains no longer exists

I use an SSL certificate for a bunch of domains but one of them now has been removed from my domains. Can I renew my certificate anyway or do I have to set up a completely new certificate for the remaining domains?

You have to create another certificate covering the remaining domains.

Remove the domain from your list and let the renewal process continue without that one.
