I tried everything.
at last I called 1and1, there is no way to do it, they confirmed.
this such a simple thing, they just block it, it need money, profits,
blocking, and laughing inside their head office…
one day, 1and1 open a hair salon, they will block people ear, one ear or two ears? it depend on 1and1’s desicion, you see. cut hair or cut head? it depend how much you are paying…
That’s the known limit of shared hosting.
Accept it - or switch to another hoster with integrated Letsencrypt support.
many years I have loads of things bound with the hosting, simply cannot move now

I haven’t used shared hosting in years, but can’t you zip a folder with all your stuff in it? I’ve been able to zip or git or mysqldump.
