Can I empty the CRS & KEYS folder?

My web server and operating system is Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu)

My hosting provider is Google cloud platform .

I can’t login to root shell and my client version is certbot 0.26.1

I have too many files in the “/etc/letsencrypt/crs” and “/etc/letsencrypt/keys”.
Is it okay with delete files in those folders?

Yes. They seem to be there "just in case" purposes - Deprecate /etc/letsencrypt/{keys,csr} · Issue #4634 · certbot/certbot · GitHub . Cleaning those directories won't have any adverse effects.
