Hello

I am trying to renovate my cert, but i get :

  • The following errors were reported by the server:

    Domain: scoretrack.com.mx
    Type: dns
    Detail: DNS problem: query timed out looking up A for
    scoretrack.com.mx

if i use https://www.digwebinterface.com/?hostnames=scoretrack.com.mx&type=&ns=resolver&useresolver=8.8.4.4&nameservers= and i see A,
but if i use https://letsdebug.net/scoretrack.com.mx/91699
it’s say,
DNSLookupFailed

Fatal

A fatal issue occurred during the DNS lookup process for scoretrack.com.mx/CAA.

DNS response for scoretrack.com.mx/CAA did not have an acceptable response code: SERVFAIL

Any idea?, its my dns provider?

Is there anything we can do?

Same nameservers as this thread from 2 hours ago: Error: DNS problem: query timed out looking up A for www.osprey.mx

It seems that the issue there is related to inaccessible IPv6 addresses of the servicios-nic.com.mx nameservers:

Timeouts can sometimes produce SERVFAIL - it could be the same cause. Perhaps you can raise it with their support.
