Basic help on upgrading to ACMEv2

Hello. I’m a basic user with not much technical knowledge. I would like to upgrade my Certify the Web package to ACMEv2 and need some general guidance. I have found the Certify SSL Manager latest download on the site https://certifytheweb.com/. My question is; for it to work do I simply have to download it to my server and follow whatever instructions pop up, or will it get more technical than that such that I will need specialist input? I don’t want to get out of my depth and then find all sorts of problems arising.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: smithfieldperformance.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Windows ISS7.0

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows Server 2016 64 bit

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Microsoft Azure

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): Don’t Know
