AutoSSL can't renew, 1 of the website’s secured domains just failed DCV

This is the reason given for autossl renewal deferment:
MASTER DCV: Incorrect TXT record “pbd0X29sOHYj4tD1sre8Oqgamo6aWqflDqo5M-hf1Qg” found at _acme-challenge.chhc.co.uk (The client lacks sufficient authorization (urn:acme:error:unauthorized)).

Any help appreciated. This stuff is beyond me but I can follow instructions!

My domain is: chhc.co.uk

I ran this command: n/a

It produced this output: n/a

My web server is (include version): ?

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: tsohost

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): i dont know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): dont know

You need to ask TsoHost. If they can’t solve it, they need to escalate it to cPanel support.

If there is a malfunction with AutoSSL there isn’t much that you (or people on this forum) can do about it. AutoSSL will try to use both DNS and HTTP validation, but in your case it looks like neither is able to succeed, which is a bad sign.
