Auto Renew Letsencrypt Cert Fails

I am using LXD container for an application I am working on.. Note that Haproxy is managing the certs. Manual cert renew works but auto is failing. The problem is binding to port 80.
When I update manually, I stop the haproxy service and the renew then works.
How do I stop the haproxy service with auto renew?

Attempting to renew cert (bcast.streamingworld.us) from /etc/letsencrypt/renewal/bcast.streamingworld.us.conf produced an unexpected error: Problem binding to port 80: Could not bind to IPv4 or IPv6.. Skipping.
