Are single-hostname certificates affected?

To make sure I understand this correctly, for the certificates which only contain one domain, they should not be affected and revoked, right?

I am asking this as I don’t provide email when requesting certificates. So I would like to get some confirmations from theory.

You are correct. Certificates with only one domain were unaffected.
