Certificates/Domain rate limit is not clear

I just got beta invitation :gift:, much but much thanks for this.

I just got confused when I saw the Certificates/Domain rate limit.

  1. What happens when I request a SAN certificate that covers all of the whitelisted domains? For example 1 domain and 8 subdomains of the domain (9 domains total in the certificate) in 1 certificate, how does it reflect to the limit?

  2. If I want to add one more domain / subdomain to do first certificate. I’ll request a new certificate with old names (1 domain and 8 subdomains ) plus 1 more subdomain or domain (10 domains total in the certificate) , in this case I’ll not able to request it with the old names, since I didn’t wait them for 59 days, right? If not, how does it reflect to the limit?

Seconded; the explanation is pretty confusing. The text I got doesn’t even say what the limit is, only that it’s applied across a sliding 60-day window.
