You have two web servers running:

  • nginx on port 80
  • Apache httpd on port 443

This is an unusual setup.

It might be helpful to think about whether this set up is intentional and what your end goal is. Do you want to have two web servers running like this?

Since nginx is on port 80, try:
certbot certonly --nginx
