We're getting intermittent OCSP errors reported on the Qualys SSL Server Test (Validation error, OCSP ERROR: Exception: connect time out [http://r3.o.lencr.org]). We noticed a planned maintenance message on the Let's Encrypt status page, though seemingly unrelated to OCSP. Are there any known issues connecting to r3.o.lencr.org?
No, it should be working. What IP address are you resolving for it, and what does a traceroute look like?
Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce any problems connecting to it directly, I'd just noticed intermittent problems through the Qualys test. An example domain, presuming it doesn't automatically refresh or anything.

Same error message with http://ocsp.godaddy.com - so I think it's a Ssllabs - bug.
