Android APPS claiming lets crypt unsecure

I do not see anything wrong with the certs sent from your server. And, SSL Labs also looks good:

This is a brandnew Android device from a customer.

Whenever Customner starts the APP thsi screen occurs on any request.

What app is being used? It's probably an issue with the TLS library used within the app, perhaps similar as discussed here: Android 7.1.1 and earlier still unable to create secure connection to server - #7 by Nummer378

no its an app i develop.
There i just open a PHP script that gets SQL data to use in the APP. Thats all
It works on older Android devices just the new one makes this error.
