That hostname is redirecting to http://www.pcbi.xyz, but the hostname www.pcbi.xyz does not exist. Therefore, Let's Encrypt can't validate the hostname.

Either remove the pcbi.xyz to www.pcbi.xyz redirect or add the www.pcbi.xyz hostname in your DNS.
