After going through the installation process my website isn't responding

My domain is: www.acecarear.com

I ran this command: After finishing the whole installation process for the certificate with an error. But it broke my website.

It produced this output: Currently the website display " This site can’t be reached "

My web server is (include version): Apache
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian 9

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Alibaba cloud hosting

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): current version

Please check your server's OS firewall and Security Group settings on the control panel. Your port 443 (https port) has a status of filtered.

Just check debian OS server with sudo ufw status verbose and can't find any per-setting. Explain what I'm to do like 12.
