My domain is: www.bluemacro.net

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):2.4

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: namecheap

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

The domain is on another namecheap account and hosting is on another namecheap account. I am using namecheap web hosting DNS

I'm not sure what you mean here. Is www.bluemacro.net not hosted on the same machine on which you're running acme.sh? If not, this wouldn't be expected to work.

DNS puts them at the same IP:

This shows us that the HTTP requests were heard and redirected to HTTPS.
The problem seems to be within the web server configuration.

Seeing as that is Apache, I would start by reviewing the output of:
sudo apachectl -t -D DUMP_VHOSTS

I think @danb35 was wondering if they were running acme.sh on a different system than the domain server

Thank you for your point. however what I meant to say that the I am running the acme.sh on same server (namecheap) where it is hosted. what I meant to say was that it is added as an add on domain to the server where It is hosted and where acme.sh is running.

This is something that do ring the bell as I have applied enforcement to https for every http request in .htacess.
That might seem to be problem let me remove that and try again.
