403 unauthorized

I come to you because I am trying to set up my certificate on a client's domain, the renewal has been working for 2 years without problem, but there it is impossible to renew the certificate, I have the following message displayed :

Message : issue: HTTP 403 urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized - 146.88.239.56: Invalid response from https://mail.menisol.fr/.well-known/acme-challenge/NusA-0-b58GyOXWmxSKZ6d8lLMCQ_xtrvpXX909siLA: 404

My domain is: https://menisol.fr/
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: planethoster

The error message is for the mail.menisol.fr domain. But, your prior certs have only been for menisol.fr and www.menisol.fr. It is fine to add another domain name to your cert. But, is your server configured to handle the HTTP challenge request for the mail subdomain?

Then check how you requested the cert. Some how you asked for the mail subdomain to be included in your cert.
