For a period of approximately 11 days, from 2022-10-27 15:55:40 UTC to 2022-11-08 06:11 UTC, Let’s Encrypt failed to issue new CRLs for our R3 and E1 intermediates. For the last four days of this period, Let's Encrypt was in violation of BR 4.9.7, which says:
“If the CA publishes a CRL, then the CA SHALL update and reissue CRLs at least once every seven days.”
