Kindly advise is it possible to use Your certificates for commercial organization?
As I know Your certificates are suitable for non commercial use.
May we use it for our company?

that's not required. Letsencrypt certificate can used with every domain name that ends with the public suffix list.
example.com is ok, example.local not.
Yes, you can use it. There is no such restriction.
