Where to start (multiple domains, same ip)

I’m building a website where our users are able to insert their own domains. What I’m trying to figure out is what is the best way to enable ssl in their domains in the most simple way possible (doesn’t need to be simple). Currently they connect the domain by inserting the domain name in their profile and then pointing their domain to my IP. I want to know where to start.

My domain is: www.carambola.club
One of my client’s domain is: www.bomsol.com.br

I ran this command: I ran no commands yet.

It produced this output: no output

My web server is (include version): Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.15.0-1029-aws x86_64)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No

I guess the Let’s Encrypt documentation is a good point to start: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/integration-guide/
