Where is the curl-ca-bundle.crt file located?

I need to input a curl request from an external serveur witch need the curl-ca-bundle.crt file, where can I find it on my wordpress installation ? is it the same as ca-bundle.crt in wp-includes/certificates or is it an other one located somewhere else ? if yes, do I have to rename it with curl- before ?

The bundled file should be located at /etc/letsencrypt/live/yourdomain.com/fullchain.pem.

I don’t have any letsencrypt folder in etc
