What time does Public Beta start on December 3rd?

It’s not official yet, but a little birdie told me Ops is planning for 6 PM GMT / 10 AM US Pacific (GMT-8). We should expect an announcement on https://letsencrypt.status.io/ soon.

Now it is in the changelog

Public Beta begins at 6 PM GMT on 3 December. The hour prior we'll be performing last-minute maintenance, removing the whitelist, and other checks before the Public Beta begins.
