FYI I got it work yeah 
I created on auth.acme-dns.io credentials for every programmer an pointed a CNAME _acme-challenge.{developer}.dev.example.com to the ACME Subdomain. Then writed my own script for DNS Validation with certbot-auto and it worked. It created a single certificate with many Wildcards in it. Thx allot for your help
