.well-known/acme-challenge Connection refused

Thank you everyone for your kind support. Now I guess everything is fine. The magic was adding two variables to the main apache configuration file /etc/apache2/apache2.conf

The variables are
SSLCertificateFile
SSLCertificateKeyFile

I found it here: Genero Business Development Language User Guide 5.00
