I ran this command: Request Certificate from Certify

It produced this output: Validation of the required challenges did not complete successfully. Invalid response from http://terabhyte.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/######################### [91.195.240.87]: “<html lang=“en” data-adblockkey=####################################”

My web server is (include version): Nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows 2012

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: arvixe.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Website Panel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): Certify

I don’t know whether the claim about your domain being expired is accurate, but at the very least, this domain does not currently point to your webserver.

@_az , thank you so much , i didnt even realize this, the domain actually expires Next Due Date: 06/02/2020
I just spoke to my hosting company and got it fixed. Can you please help confirm it again and then possibly help look into the issue. thank you so much

No longer seeing that page, so that’s the first problem solved.

What error message do you get from Certify now? It should be different.
