Using Lets-encrypt-win-simple with Another User Account

Hello guys,

i need your help. We have run the lets-encrypt-win-simple application to get few certificates for our websites. But unfortunetly, the account that was used for creating the certificates is no more availble.

I have got data from registry and the data from appData/Roaming/lets-encrypt-win-simple directory

My question is - how to renew the certificates using this data on another windows account (both accounts are local, not domain)?
