URL to test update connectivity

I once found and used an lets encrypt test page that allowed me to understand why Synology update says "Cannot update".

The test page checked all the steps that needs to be in place for the update to be possible (DNS, ports open, names, ip adresses, etc etc).

I've searched Google up and down and I cannot find the page anymore :frowning:

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
