URGENT: SAN not being validated. No expiration date either

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: atlasnetdev.atlasworldgroup.com - NOT validating

I ran this command: DNS Token failed

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Akamai platform

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Akamai platform

DNS Token for such hostname is NOT working, not even showing expiring date. Please provide a solution ASAP as certificate is to expire in 7 days.

Please provide the required information, e.g. actual commands ran or processes used and the actual output of the ACME client used.

Also, please answer the questions you've removed...

And also, keep in mind that people here aren't likely to be familiar with "Akamai platform". If you're getting issues with some "control panel" that's supposed to get your certificates for you, then whomever runs it is more likely to be able to give you better support and decipher the meanings of what it's telling you than people here are.
