Unable to update challenge authorization must be pending - status 400

I ask because this started 2 months ago when I did an update to Hestia and they said it was not Hestia. So I moved on and I have been working on this for two months and got on COX, my service provider very hard. Just trying to get to the bottom of it. Something changed as I never had this issue before so I am still trying to figure out what changed and why, and pass on a fix if needed.

First of all we use nginx config to create the return file:

So when LE cert bot visits:
https://artisticimages.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/{acme-challenge} it should return as it should be:

{acme-challenge}.oDv3rawDget5D_ELIqJS8vNH8ZN0jYZMFYk1K3ak3rA

I have been using Letsencrypt allready for over the last 18 months with out any issue.

Connection issues should the most logical problem...
