No, there is not. This is a community of volunteers, who assist as we have time, inclination, and ability; we are not your private IT staff. But if port 80 is blocked on your server, you'll need to figure out how to correct that; until you do (and it's unlikely any of us could help with that; you may want to ask your ISP) you won't be able to obtain another cert.
