It produced this output:

Tsohost has it's own client. Only Tsohost knows the details.

So if the certificate creation / installation doesn't work.

Ask Tsohost.

PS: There - https://crt.sh/?q=planetpa.com - is a DigiCert wildcard.

Your domain has a self signed. Looks like the Tsohost - client doesn't work -> ask there.
