Too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains

My domain is: dashboard.enquiso.com and admin.enquiso.com

I ran this command: sudo certbot --apache -d admin.enquiso.com -d dashboard.enquiso.com

It produced this output:

There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: dashboard.enquiso.com: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/

i have not any certificate . all the the certificated i created alreday deleted.
