And as such a present, here is what I think you should fix to get your cert:

curl -Ii bot.sfclub.cc
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
Server: openresty
Date: Sat, 25 Dec 2021 13:58:01 GMT
Connection: keep-alive

You must have a working HTTP site before it can be secured (via HTTP authentication).

To embellish on @rg305's suggestion, you could add the server switch in your cert request like so:

./acme.sh -f -r -w /data/wwwroot/bot.sfclub.cc -d bot.sfclub.cc --server letsencrypt
