"This site is weak in security because it uses weak encryption" in browser

I have one question.

Nowadays, when I use letsencrypt-win-simple.v1.9.8.4 certificate, I see the message “This certificate is weak for security because it uses weak encryption” in Chrome and Firefox browser address bar. I noticed that it happens because letsencript certificate uses TLS 1.0 specification. I have TLS 1.2 enabled on my IIS server, how do I enable TLS 1.2 specification on letsencrypt?

My domain is: run.blrun.net

I ran this command: letsencrypt-win-simple.v1.9.8.4 certificate

It produced this output: none

My web server is (include version): IIS Version 7.5

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: none

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes (command prompt)

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): IIS control panel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): Chrome and FireFox latest version

This is a false assumption. The certificate does NOT specify the TLS version, the webserver does.

i See. The IIS server still doesn’t have TLS 1.2 configured. :frowning:
