The Let's Encrypt Oak CT log is read-only.
It has already been rejecting requests for several days, and is now formally frozen.
We'd previously announced this change in End of Life Plan for RFC 6962 Certificate Transparency Logs - Let's Encrypt which has more information on why we've made this change.
Our new Sycamore and Willow logs are available in its place.
